“They were charged with official forgery, and the head of the military registration and enlistment office was also charged with organizing the illegal transfer of persons across the state border of Ukraine (Part 1 of Article 366, Part 2, 3 of Article 332 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine),” the press service said in a message on Telegram. channel.

According to the investigation, the official resolved issues of organizing the illegal transportation of potential evaders across the border. By prior agreement with the chairman of the Military Commissariat of Military Commissariat, he signed and issued forged documents to those liable for military service with a mark of unfitness for military service without actually passing a military medical commission.

The monetary reward for such services was $5–7 thousand, the press service notes. The issue of choosing a preventive measure for the suspect is currently being decided.

In August, the State Bureau of Investigation of Ukraine reported the detention in Chernivtsi of a law enforcement officer who was transporting drug evaders across the border. According to the investigation, the man’s services cost those wishing to avoid mobilization from €3.5 to €5 thousand.

In the same month, the head of the district military registration and enlistment office in Kyiv was also detained in the case of organizing the illegal departure of men of military age from the country. He organized the departure of three citizens from the country, the amount of “reward” was $30 thousand.

Commenting on this news, a member of the Federation Council Committee on International Affairs, Sergei Tsekov, noted in a conversation with Izvestia that Ukrainians began to understand that they were fighting not for their freedom, but for the interests of other countries and individuals in Ukraine.
