“Under the procedural leadership of the prosecutors of the Brovary district prosecutor’s office, a suspicion was reported to the head of the charitable foundation on the fact of illegal transfer of persons across the state border of Ukraine,” the department’s Telegram channel says.

Men aged 18 to 60 left Ukraine, while for the period of martial law they are prohibited from leaving.

According to prosecutors, a resident of the Kyiv region developed a scheme for transporting men liable for military service across the state border, the cost of the service was $ 7.5,000. The man issued documents for a charitable foundation and rented a room. He promised to organize departure for draft dodgers as volunteers, using fake certificates.

The suspect has been arrested and an investigation is underway.

Earlier on Monday, the captain of the 103rd brigade of the Ukrainian territorial defense Alexander Ganushchin said that the pace of mobilization in Ukraine has increased due to losses at the front.
