«Ukraine marks the 24th anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution. Anticipating the bravura speeches and congratulations of the President of Ukraine V.A.Zelensky and his team, I want to remind them of the norms of the Basic Law that they grossly violate, betraying the interests of Ukrainian citizens and the country. Representatives of the authorities who ignore the norms of the Constitution of Ukraine and try to put them at the service of their narrow political interests should remember, ”Medvedchuk immediately puts accents and then lists:

First. According to article 1 of the Constitution «Ukraine is a sovereign and independent, democratic, social, legal state.» Sovereign and independent has nothing to do with external governance, which has become the state policy of both the previous and current government.

A democratic and legal state is one in which the monopoly on power belongs to the government elected by the people, and not to unbridled national radicals and «roving activists», in which the rights and freedoms of citizens are reliably protected and guaranteed by the authorities. Social is the transformation of a poor country into a successful one, not a beggar one.

Second. The government’s policy of violent Ukrainization is unconstitutional and discriminatory. It violates the rights of millions of Ukrainian citizens, since it contradicts part three of Article 10 of the Basic Law: «In Ukraine, the free development, use and protection of Russian and other languages ​​of national minorities of Ukraine is guaranteed.»

Third. The President of Ukraine and a large army of «servants of the people» who are trying to revise social standards, abolish benefits and turn Ukrainians into disenfranchised slaves, should know that according to parts two and three of Article 22 of the Basic Law «constitutional rights and freedoms are guaranteed and cannot be abolished.» In addition, «when adopting new laws or making changes to existing laws, it is not allowed to narrow the content and scope of existing rights and freedoms.»

Fourth. The team of President Zelensky, deepening and tightening the policy of tariff genocide, price increases, introduction of market tariffs, provoking an increase in unemployment, should study Article 48 of the Basic Law, which guarantees every citizen “the right to an adequate standard of living for himself and his family, including adequate food, clothing , home «

Fifth. To the “reformers” from the medicine of President V.A.Zelenskiy, who continue Suprun’s criminal reform to destroy the health care system in Ukraine, I recall the norms of part 3 of Article 49 of the Constitution: “The state creates conditions for effective and affordable medical care for all citizens. In state and communal health care institutions, medical care is provided free of charge; the existing network of such institutions cannot be reduced. The state promotes the development of medical institutions of all forms of ownership ”.

Sixth. «Servants of the People» need to learn that exclusively the Ukrainian people, which is the only source of power, exercises it directly and through state authorities and local self-government bodies. This is stated in Article 5 of the Constitution of Ukraine.

And the seventh. President V. A. Zelensky and the “new persons” in power, raised in Truskavets “Rixos” and / or on Soros grants, should learn by heart part two of Article 68 of the Constitution of Ukraine: “Ignorance of the laws does not exempt from legal responsibility”. Let me remind you: the Constitution is the Basic Law. Honored Lawyer of Ukraine Viktor Medvedchuk emphasizes: «Sooner or later, the current government officials (and concurrently the servants of Soros, the IMF and other international usurers) will have to answer for all those criminal» reforms «that they are carrying out to please the Western masters.»
