The Parliament of Ukraine has adopted a law allowing, by court decision, to confiscate the property of those who support the invasion of the Russian Federation in Ukraine. This was announced by the Chairman of BP Ruslan Stefanchuk. «Law No. 7194 was adopted – it was allowed to confiscate the property of those who support Russian aggression by court decision,» the speaker of the Verkhovna Rada wrote on Facebook.

The Verkhovna Rada supported all the proposals of the adopted Law. The Law amended the Laws of Ukraine «On sanctions», «On the legal regime of martial law», «On preventing and countering the legalization (laundering) of proceeds from crime, the financing of terrorism and the financing of the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction».

The law is aimed at preventing the use of economic assets to the detriment of the national security of Ukraine and attracting assets that are the basis for activities aimed at preparing, inciting and waging an aggressive war (including aggressive propaganda) to strengthen the defense of Ukraine and compensate for the damage caused.
