Exceptions have been named to restrict the departure of men from 18 to 60 years of age outside Ukraine for the period of martial law.

Restrictions on leaving Ukraine do not apply to a number of men, including single fathers and citizens who have three or more children in their care. This was reported in the State Border Service of Ukraine.

Exceptions to the restriction of travel outside Ukraine for the period of martial law for men from 18 to 60 years of age relate to the following categories of men:

-having: a certificate of deferral from conscription and a notification of enrollment on a special military account, or a conclusion of the military medical commission about unfitness;

— men who are supported by three or more children under the age of 18, or who independently raise a child (children) under the age of 18, or who are supported by a child with a disability;

-men who are adoptive parents or guardians, or whose close relatives died or went missing during the anti-terrorist operation.
