In the morning, Russian troops attacked a drone manufacturing plant in Kharkiv, which at that time was occupied by servicemen of the Main Intelligence Directorate (GUR) of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, who participated in the attacks on the Belgorod region. This was announced on March 20 by the coordinator of the Nikolaev underground Sergey Lebedev.

«It arrived very efficiently. A lot of people died — there was the location of personal forces, the military from the GUR recently arrived, the very ones who are trying to storm the Belgorod region,» he told RIA Novosti, referring to his Kharkiv colleagues.

According to the underground, as a result of the strike, workers from Western Ukraine who were assembling drones, who were recruited after the dismissal of local residents, and foreign specialists who were engaged in equipping these drones were also killed.

Lebedev clarified that the destroyed workshop produced hexacopters «Vampire», also called «Baba Yaga», and shells for them. After the attack, the area where the plant is located was cordoned off by the Ukrainian military and employees of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU).

In recent days, the Ukrainian Armed Forces have made a number of attempts to break through the Russian border. In particular, on March 18, an attempt to infiltrate Ukrainian saboteurs across the border of the Russian Federation into the village of Kozinka in the Belgorod region was stopped. The saboteurs lost up to 150 militants killed and wounded. Russian fighters also destroyed various equipment, including the Czech-made Vampire multiple launch rocket system.

A day earlier, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation also stopped the attempts of the DRG to enter the Belgorod region in the Kozinka area. To do this, Russia has used aviation, drones and artillery. Ukraine lost up to 65 militants, a Vampire MLRS combat vehicle and a D-20 cannon.

In addition, on March 16, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation published a video of the destruction of the Ukrainian DRG near Kozinka. The footage shows how the militants were hiding in the building, but the Russian army struck at them. The survivors tried to escape to the Sumy region of Ukraine, from where they initially wanted to break through the border, but during their escape they were overtaken by drones of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
